Tree of Life
There are two Trees of Life, the guild tree and the personal tree. Each tree offers upgrades which can be bought with guild coins or expedition tokens.
Each tree also has a tree level which is increased by buying upgrades which also yields tree xp. The tree level determines the maximum upgrade level you can obtain for each upgrade.
Guild Tree
The guild tree has 23 upgrades and affects all guild members. Only the guild leader and guild officers can buy upgrades. The cost for each upgrade starts at 5000 guild coins for level 1 and increases by 1000 coins per level.
The tree xp gain per upgrade starts at 3150 for upgrade level 1 and increases by 315 per level. The tree xp requirement to level-up the tree starts at 23102 xp for level 2 and increases by 392 xp per level until level 15. Level 16 then costs 397 xp more. From level 17 on the increase is 665 xp per level. The tree xp of the guild tree also determine the guild level.

Each upgrade is initially capped at level 5. The cap increases by 5 levels for every 15 tree levels.
Personal Tree
The personal tree has 20 upgrades and affects only you. You will keep these upgrades even if you leave your current guild. The cost for each upgrade starts at 600 expedition tokens for level 1 and increases by 100 tokens per level.
The tree xp gain per upgrade starts at 100 for upgrade level 1 and increases by 10 per level. The tree xp requirement to level-up the tree starts at 1140 xp for level 2 and increases by 15 xp per level until level 10. Level 11 then costs 22.5 xp more. From level 12 on the increase is 45 xp per level. At certain milestones in the tree level, boss avatars are unlocked.
